Happy New Year Friends ~

As I write this I am sitting in the first class of the year. The always fun and informational Annual Commission Update (hehe)! Well at least the informational part is true.

As this year begins I reflect on just how blessed I am to collaborate with so many amazing people. Everyone from the instructors to the class partners.

2019 will mark the 10-year anniversary of Educated Minds. Some of you may not know the history of Educated Minds so let me take you on a little journey down memory lane.

The founder of Educated Minds, Tori Wedan, was an amazing woman. Tori and I met when our boys were in kindergarten and decided they were going to be best friends. During this time, I was in the process of getting my real estate license and Tori suggested I join her brokerage. Although my time as an agent was short lived, our friendship was bonded forever.

When Tori started doing the education part of her journey she again suggested we work together. Let me tell you those first few years were certainly interesting learning how all the pieces worked together. She was so dedicated to creating something great that she decided we needed a weekend with no distractions so that we could learn a new registration software! After a few days in the mountains with no cell service (and a few bottles of wine) we were good to go. We worked so well together and had so much fun along the way. Truly she was the Ying to my Yang.

Tori and her three boys left this earth in August of 2014 and not a day goes by that they are not missed. Continuing without her in 2014 was such a challenge since she truly was the heart and soul of Educated Minds.

I want each and every one of you to know that your support and kind words over the years have made continuing her legacy much easier. My hope is to make her proud and continue to offer quality service to you all.

The absolute best part of what I do is work with you, the agents!

Thank you for taking the time to read my words and for allowing Educated Minds to be a part of your professional journey.

As we move into 2019 I invite you to contact me if you have any thoughts, suggestion or ideas on how we can make this year even better than the last.

With a grateful heart,

Michelle Espinoza
