Emergency Rulemaking Hearing Held to Repeal Program Rules
The Community Association Manager (CAM) program terminates at the Division of Real Estate (Division) on June 30, 2019, and the Division will no longer have any jurisdiction over community association managers.
As a result of this program ending, the Division held an Emergency Rulemaking Hearing on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, to REPEAL all of the Community Association Manager Program rules, effective June 30, 2019.
