1. What is the refund policy on these classes?
Cancellation must be requested 48 hours prior to class.

2. I am interested in having my name removed from Educated Minds, LLC’d database. Is that possible?
Absolutely! If you don’t want to be on our list, we don’t want to disrespect that right! At the bottom of the invite is a clear “Opt Out” or “Unsubscribe or Update your Profile” link that will easily take care of that request.

3 How do I obtain a copy of my certificate?
You can access all your history for the past few years in the Student Portal.
Use the email and your password to log in.
If this is the first time using the portal you will need to create an account. Just make sure you use the email address that you use when registering for the classes.
Once you log in you should be able to click on the class and download the certificates you need.
