What is the refund policy on these classes?
I am interested in a class, but can not find the registration link for a class that I heard about from another broker?
I am interested in having my name removed from Educated Minds, LLC’s database. Is that possible?
How do I obtain a copy of my certificate?
You can access all your history for the past few years in the Certificate Portal.

Use the email and your password to log in.
If this is the first time using the portal you will need to create an account. Just make sure you use the email address that you use when registering for the classes.
Once you log in you should be able to click on the class and download the certificates you need.
What are the Continuing Education Reqirements
Three-Year License Cycle Continuing Education Requirements
- Twelve (12) of the 24 hours must be comprised of three (3) different versions of the four hour (4) Annual Commission Update Course.
- The remaining twelve (12) hours can be any combination of elective credit hours approved by the Commission.
- You must retain proof of completion of continuing education courses for a minimum of four years and provide proof of completion upon the Commission’s request.
How can I check to see if the classes which are being marketed are truly accredited for CE Credit as advertised?
